PROBLEM:
We had to rethink the entire heating and ventilation system for a house when we realized it was not part of the initial design.
SOLUTION:
This meant coming up with bespoke solutions that would fit in within certain wall voids, without taking too much space from what remained available or disrupting other aspects of the original building plan.

We had to find the least intrusive way to place ductwork on the ground floor. We created small boxes that will cover up all visible duct runs, and when they're done with their bespoke furniture order our customers won't even be able to see them!

WHAT WE DID:
Ductwork was routed through joists so that minimal boxes were created.

WHAT WE DID:
MVHR system for a 4 bedroom Basement flat in Stoke Newington. I worked with the client to set air valves in line with spotlights. The initial planning did not include MVHR ventilation; that's why my team and I got our first fix done as soon as possible so other trades could start their second-fix work. We stayed late working on this project for a few weeks until it was complete.
